The Manhattan Institute for Psychoanalysis is dedicated to providing excellent postgraduate education in psychoanalysis and psychoanalytic psychotherapy, from a contemporary interpersonal perspective, to psychotherapists seeking advanced clinical training. The Institute offers a comprehensive referral service to the community for low fee psychotherapy and psychoanalysis, and was one of the first training institutes to offer a specialized training program and clinical service for the treatment of trauma. Manhattan Institute offers educational opportunities to the psychoanalytic community and the community at large through its Colloquium series, which provides a congenial forum for lively discussion and for the exchange of ideas.
